| Oral presentations are considered
an accomplishment and provide a live interactive
platform to present their research work in a crisp
and comprehensive manner. For young scientists,
oral presentation provides confidence to face the
audience and training to present the key points
within a limited time. With this aim organizer of
ICOPA have provided this platform. We are also pleased
to provide you to make good orator for any conference. |

- Duration for Oral presentation will be strictly
for 9 minutes (7min. for presentation and 2
min. for discussion). Only power-point presentation
will be entertained. No overhead / slide projector
will be provided until a prior request is made
for the same, justifying the requirement.
- It is advisable to use minimum 32 for title
and 24 point for body text.
- Use fonts like Arial, Tahoma etc dark/contrast
colors for the presentation
- A sample is provided below to help you.

Awards-
There is a provision of upto 3 awards for
oral presentation .
For awards, only the young scientist (less than
35 years) will be considered.
Kindly bring the copy of age proof for claiming
the awards.
The decision of the Award Committee will be
final. |

| Poster Presentation
:- |
|
| Poster provides an ample opportunity
to present the data in a comprehensive and creative
way. As there is no time limit, it allows the presenter
to explain complicated figures, cycles etc. Also
the audience/reader understands the data in a detailed
and descriptive manner. Posters can also provide
a chance to directly interact with experts and may
help to develop scientific collaborations between
presenter and reader. With this aim organizer of
ICOPA have provided this platform. We are also pleased
to provide you to make most legible posters for
any conference. |

- The poster size must be restricted to 34"
x 46" for display.
- The necessary accessories will be provided
at the venue for the poster presentation.
- The presenting author must be present with
a poster at the time of session allotted.
- A sample is provided below to help you.
